The third consecutive Cross Border Coworking Conference took place in Niksic from the 9th to the 11th of October 2023. The event started with a session of speed networking and a lively cocktail party, providing attendees with the opportunity to make their initial connections.
The second day of the conference was dedicated to discussions on coworking and digital nomadism. We delved into authentic experiences and heard fascinating stories about the lives and work of digital nomads in the Western Balkan countries. Inspiring panels and workshops on remote work with local businesses offered valuable insights into various aspects of the nomadic lifestyle. These sessions covered topics such as what motivates digital nomads to choose a particular country as their new destination, effective time management, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Participants had the chance to interact with representatives from some of the top regional coworking spaces and gain insights into creating a stimulating business environment. Steve Tsentserensky shared valuable insights on the importance of integrating digital nomads into local communities, while Tanja Jido provided her expertise on personal branding.
The highlight of the event was an extraordinary presentation by Janosch Dietrich, co-founder of Coconat, one of the world’s largest nomadic communities and coworking spaces. The conference concluded with a field trip to the stunning Boka Bay, where attendees enjoyed inspiring talks, beautiful weather, and delicious food and drinks.
This event provided a platform for participants to share their thoughts and experiences from the conference while taking in the natural beauty of Montenegro.
